  • Attendance is incredibly important to our children learning and to the funding of the school! Please see this Monarch Memo for details of how attendance matters!

Unofficial attendance at 8:00 AM and official attendance at 10:00 AM.

To keep attendance up, please try to schedule any appointments after 10:00 am and check out your child after 10, so they can still be marked present. All attendance details can be seen in the abridged School Handbook.

See this great infographic that shows why attendance is SO important! Did you know that our school misses out on almost $150,000 per year due to any student absence? That’s the equivalent of three full time salaries at school!

  • Every week, Magnolia updates all families with important information through the Monarch Memo. This is how you will hear about any and everything from our administration, it’s very important to receive and read these updates! Read the latest, and past issues here, and if you aren’t subscribed, subscribe here.

  • Aftercare is offered by iKids U and there are various extracurricular activities throughout the year. Please see this flyer for costs and details. To sign up please contact operations manager Ms. Claudia in the office for details.

  • Take a look at the 2023-2024 school calendar snapshot for the full year showing school start, school end and vacation days. The monthly detailed updated calendar can be found here.

Families who would like to donate clean, gently used uniform clothing items to our closet, are always welcome - we also have uniform drops and swaps throughout the year. You do not need to donate uniforms to take advantage of the free used uniforms available in the uniform closet.

  • The lottery typically opens in February. The application for the school lottery will be available on the official Magnolia Montessori for All website when the lottery opens, with all details about how and when to apply and eligibility for application.

  • Individual pictures and class pictures are sometimes taken together at the same time in September and sometimes class pictures are taken separately in the Spring. Class pictures are always in uniform. Sometimes students have been able to wear street clothes on individual picture days.

  • Magnolia doesn’t officially celebrate these holidays. For example, children will not dress up for Halloween. However, your class may do their own celebration, and you will be contacted by your guide with the details.
